DESIGN
Neal Fegan built all of these masterpieces by hand in his welding shop. I had the honor of helping out from time to time, and displaying them in my showroom floor. He invented the push/pull steering featured on the dog bike, making the front legs hold the wheel. There are over eight points of articulation on each movement. He also invented the Uprights shown at center which do not require a seat. The rider pedals while standing up and leans for steering. They are all quite beautiful and fun to ride.
