At the bike lab we built a culture of empowerment. These are pictures of the old tool library, parts bins, and frame gallery, after we re modeled the shop. When I started, these parts were all in gigantic piles on the floor, in total Chaos! The frames and wheels were also in the basement in piles all the way up to the ceiling! Ninety percent of these frames are now complete bicycles. Wow!
