This bike was built at the same time as the Specialized and uses the same concepts. We hand built 650c wheels and put bullhorn bars on both bikes to create a great commuter. Notice the bar end shifters  and reversed brake levers. This creates clean cable lines. I also chose to use shorter 165 cranks together with the smaller wheels to make up for any lost clearance. As a result, the cadence on this bike was easy to keep. It is a fantastic ride.
